Delete your account

Takvim · Last updated 6 October 2026

What happens

  • Your account and everything backed up in it (prayer log, qada, habits, plans and settings) are deleted from our database straight away.
  • Takvim’s data on that phone is erased too. Nothing can be restored afterwards.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

If you signed in with Google, Apple or your phone number

  1. Open Takvim and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account & data.
  3. Type DELETE and tap Delete everything.
  4. If you are asked to confirm with Google or Apple, do so: they require a recent sign-in before an account can be deleted. Confirming with Apple also ends the link between your Apple ID and Takvim.

If you use Takvim as a guest

  1. Open Takvim and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Erase guest data, then Erase.

Option 2: by email, without the app

If you no longer have the app or the phone, email privacy@siymo.com with the subject Delete my Takvim account and tell us:

Email a deletion request

To protect you, we will ask you to show the account is yours, for example by writing from that email address or confirming from that phone number. We delete the account within 30 days of that confirmation (usually much sooner) and email you when it is done.

Guest accounts have no email address or phone number, so we can’t find or verify them by email. Erase guest data in the app before you remove it. Once the app is removed, a guest backup is no longer linked to you or to any contact details.

What is deleted

What may remain, and for how long

Just want a fresh start on this phone? Sign out (Profile → Sign out) keeps your backup for later. Deleting is permanent.
